The Composition

We’ve paired two contrasting processes to create a multi-dimensional flavor profile:

• 50% Honduras (Washed Process): Provides the "spine" of the blend. The washed process ensures a clean, sparkling body and highlights the deep, chocolatey structure of the cacao notes.

• 50% Ethiopia (Natural Process): Adds the "soul" and sweetness. By drying the coffee cherry whole, we’ve preserved the intense sugars that translate into those unmistakable tropical and stone fruit characteristics.
